3) Is your HOME ready to sell?

Even if you’re emotionally ready to sell and the market is hot, you may not get top dollar for your home if it’s not ready to sell. Before listing, it’s important to really wow prospective buyers. To do this you need to have your home in tip-top shape, cleared of clutter, and ideally, freshly-painted and staged. While this may be a time-consuming job to prepare your home to sell, the payoff can be significant if it sells for your asking price or above!
