Aug 5 2017 - Sep 30 2017
The Keys to Collingwood Festival marks the return of the popular Street Pianos! Beautifully restored pianos are now installed on the streets of Collingwood’s Historic Downtown for all to enjoy. As we celebrate our country’s 150 birthday this year, the pianos will feature iconic images from each of the provinces and territories which make up our great country.
Everyone is encouraged to plink a tune, practice their scales or polish a Minuet for both their own enjoyment and that of passersby. The unexpected often happens when someone sits down at one of these wonderful musical instruments.
New this year is the Monster Ground Foot Piano, located beside Collingwood’s Town Hall (under the clock tower). Come on downtown and let your dance moves create some musical tunes!
For more information visit the Town of Collingwood website.
